Mediclear clarifies communication between nurses and caregivers to save them time and simplify their daily work.

We interviewed nurses and caregivers who work in public and private hospitals. The main problems they reported were all about organization, planning and lack of time.

Most of their communication of medical info is oral, which requires physical proximity, takes time and can cause errors and omissions.

The understaffed workforce has little time for each patient and works under intensively stressful conditions.
